1. Returns Eligibility
- Only items purchased directly from My Pack Pro Ltd are eligible for return
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customised items
- Clearance or discounted products
- Special-order items
Unless they are faulty or damaged
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or fault
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is incorrect or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct or missing items

5. Refunds and Credits
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
For trade customers:
- Refunds may be issued as account credit for future purchases
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage
